Project description

The project is an important part of the general and detailed urban plan of the city of Novi Pazar, therefore it is ready for construction. We have got permission for the construction of six-story buildings, which is good because of the slight slope of the terrain.

The project is ready for implementation which means that the construction of Ozonhill is permitted and the allotment executed, the road is completed although without the final base.

The project is in the planning documents of the town of Novi Pazar. The project has no restrictions of any kind(mortgages, the prohibition of disposal, etc), and both the parcel and project belong to us 1/1.

Period of Completion

The expected time for completion of the project should be at most 4-5 years from the commencement of works.

There is a possibility of completing the project in 3 to 6 separate stages, where infrastructure, sports, and recreational centers, entertainment facilities, office space, and a part of the residential units would be built in the first stage.
